1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website at iwritebeta.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. IwriteBeta is an AI-powered writing assistant that helps you detect AI-generated content and convert it into authentic, human-sounding text. We provide AI detection analysis and text humanization features through our platform.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your password confidential and secure.
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
• Not access the Service through automated or non-human means, including bots or scripts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including source code, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the text you submit. However, you grant us a limited license to process your submitted content solely to provide the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are generally final. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Produce content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Engage in fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation.
• Scrape, mine, or extract data from the Service through automated means.
• Attempt to bypass security measures, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its output without our prior written consent.
• Overload, disrupt, or attack the Service infrastructure.

You are solely responsible for how you use the humanized output generated by the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the output will bypass any specific AI detection tool. Results may vary depending on the input text and external detection systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IwriteBeta and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
